hol-life yoga offers group classes and private instruction throughout the greater Atlanta area, South Florida and New Britain, Connecticut. We specialize in teaching healing yoga classes for survivors on and off treatment.
When a participant recently told one of us after class, “the doctors saved my life, but this is what keeps me living,” we knew we were in the right place.
